A little about Clare

Clare Stringer (aka Mother within the studio) is an absolute boss women, having taught the art of pole and dance for over 18 years. She has first hand experience within the industry and is one of the UKs only leading experts in Heels. She is the owner of Aura Movement and has run this business for the last 8+ years.
​
To add to this, she just recently when on to WIN her category of Heelography in the Elite Pole Championships and we, as a studio, couldn't be prouder.
Everyone is welcome at Aura Movement and we strive to make our studio a safe space for all, no matter the age, gender, or fitness level. At the end of the day Aura Movement is about moving your bodies to make you feel good.
