Intro to Pole
New to pole and want to dip your toe in? Say no more, Intro to Pole is the perfect course for getting started. There are 4 sessions over 4 weeks, once completed you will have the option to join our regular weekly classes where you can continue to progress your skills.

Intro to Aerial Hoop
New to Aerial and always wanted to fly? We can help! Intro to Aerial Hoop is the perfect course for getting started. There are 4 sessions over 4 weeks, once completed you will have the option to join our regular weekly classes where you can continue to progress your skills.

Pole Fitness
We offer both Beginner and Intermediate, weekly classes to help progress our members safely within their current skill set.

Aerial Hoop
We offer weekly Aerial Hoop classes across all skill levels to help progress our members safely and maintain their skill and fitness.

Pole Choreo
Pole Choreo is our heels based class. A monthly choreographed routine is taught across 4 weeks. We have beginner and intermediate level classes, focussing on technical heels elements and smooth execution.

Body Flex
Our weekly flexibility class is suitable for everyone. You don't need to be attending pole or aerial to benefit!
We focus on improving and building flexibility through a range of active and passive stretching techniques.

Workshops
We like to mix up our routine by offering workshops in a wide variety of art forms from commercial dance, to aerial silks to lap dance. Keep an eye out on our socials for any upcoming classes!
